Your controller or hand terminal is not working? Often it is not necessary to replace them, they can easily be repaired. We use original spare parts to ensure you the best quality of our products.
Repair by exchange (RBE) service
Your returned product will be replaced with a refurbished or „as new“ product. Your replacement product will be shipped to you once we have received and inspected your failed products. Please note that the serial number will be different from the product.
Replace at list service
Your returned product will be replaced with a brand new product from our stock. This product will come with a full warranty. There is no requirement to return the faulty product to us.
